ROLOGRAF ROLLERS FOR PRINTING MACHINES

Printing rollers must respond to the demanding physical, chemical and thermal loads that are exposed in the printing process.
SAVA-ROL in its production program offers a variety of different types of rollers for printing machines that respond to these requirements:


NEOROL ROLLERS

Rollers for offset printing with a rubber lining prepared of a specially prepared synthetic rubber compound deliver high-quality prints with long service life. They are widely used in offset printing machines for print on a sheet as well as in older generation web-machines with pretty low speed. They are resistant to organic solvents which are an integral part of printing inks, washing preparations and wearing out; have a high degree of elasticity and maintain volume and hardness after a large number of prints.

Besides classic NEOROL rollers on offer are:

  • NEOROL – UV  rollers
    rollers with a rubber lining designed for printing with UV-inks
  • NEOROL – KOMBI  rollers
    rollers with a rubber lining intended for printing with classic and UV-inks
  • NEOROL – V  rollers for dampening
    - for classical wetting
    - for alcohol dampening
    - for ALCOLOR wetting
    - HYDROGRAPH rollers – for classic hydration without socks

ROTOROL ROLLERS

Rollers for offset high-speed machines such as heat set and cold set rotation. The rubber compound from with they are made is characterised by exceptional mechanical resistance, elasticity and long service life.


ROLOFLEX ROLLERS

Rollers with rubber lining for flexo-printing are designed to work with ethyl acetate based inks, UV inks and water soluble inks. Rubber roller coverings are resistant to temperatures up to 100 ºC.


ROLOLACK ROLLERS

Rollers with a rubber lining that are characterised by high elasticity and mechanical properties. They are resistant to swellings caused by organic solvents in paints (varnishes). Rollers allow precise application of paint for the whole of its long life.


OTHER ROLLERS

Rollers with rubber coating intended for use in a variety of printing machines (rollers for laminating, folding, developers, …)
